Statutory withdrawal
For consumer distance purchases of goods covered by a statutory withdrawal right, the period is generally 14 days, normally starting when you or your nominated person other than the carrier receive the goods. Multiple goods or separate consignments may change the start. The law and the notice supplied for the actual contract govern.

Refunds and returns
Statutory rules apply, including reimbursement of the least expensive standard outward delivery, generally within 14 days of notification using the original payment method. For goods, reimbursement may be withheld until receipt or evidence of dispatch. Goods generally must be returned within 14 days of notification. Additional premium delivery charges need not be refunded.
Costs and exceptions
Return costs depend on lawful pre-contract information and statutory rules. Non-parcel return costs must be specified before a future sale where required. Loss-of-value claims and exceptions, such as certain personalised or unsealed hygiene goods, apply only where legal conditions are met.
